Logging in below will enable you to use the system in a demo mode
Required Information for Demonstration:
|
|
Operator:
If you are an Operator, running a fleet of trucks subject to the ‘O’ licence responsibilities, you may use the full facilities of the system for:
- Daily Walk Round Inspections
- Planned Period Safety Inspections
- Ancillary Equipment maintenance
- Monthly Maintenance Planner
- Automatic alerts for due events
- Queries and reports for all vehicles/assets and the fleet
- Facilities to enter and amend details of each asset
- Comprehensive database of information
You may also be the owner of the vehicle and utilise the full range of facilities to manage all assets.
The on-line database can be used as the means of communicating maintenance data and does away with the need to keep and circulate hard copy records unless required by the business. |
 |
Repair Agent:
A Repair Agent has restricted use of the system, usually to support specific vehicles registered by Operators/Owners, for the purpose of carrying out Planned Period Safety Inspections and remedial work on specific assets. The Agent would need to be authorised by the Operator to access records for these vehicles for the purpose of recording statutory information and details of maintenance and remedial work undertaken.
- Planned Period Safety Inspections
- Ancillary Equipment maintenance
- Automatic alerts for due events
- Facilities to enter details of work carried out for each asset
- Database of information – to the level authorised
The Operator and Repair Agent, if not the same entity, would agree authorities at each level of information.
The on-line database can be used as the means of communicating maintenance data and does away with the need to keep and circulate hard copy records unless required by the business. |
 |
Owner:
The Owner of the vehicle may not be the operator of the vehicle and therefore not have the need to maintain the statutory records for the asset but will have an interest in ensuring the proper maintenance of the asset and the recording of information pertaining to the asset as part of the Asset Management process.
The Operator and Owner, if not the same entity, would agree authorities at each level of information.
The on-line database can be used as the means of communicating maintenance data and does away with the need to keep and circulate hard copy records unless required by the business. |
